CLASSIC FRENCH MUSSELS2/23/2016
If you don't know,I confess you: I adore cooking! Especially soups and seafood,because I'm more into seafood than meat and trying to avoid it as much as I can.I had in my mind for a lot of time this recipe and always wanted to try it,after seeing this kind of meal in those fancy instagram pics of big bloggers.So,I made it! Even if it's a classic and you can google it,I'll show you my type,which is basically the same.It's fresh,fast and mega delicious! It's ready in about 10 minutes.I hope you will give it a try.
1. One kilo of fresh mussels (for two persons)
2. One onion
3. Three gloves of garlic
6. Bay leaves
7. A glass of white wine (I used Chardonnay)
9. Some butter
How to: Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the chopped onion and garlic and cook untill onion becomes a bit golden.Add rosemary,thyme,bay leaves and mix well.Then add the wine and after 3 minutes add the mussels (you must clean them very well before) and mix very well.Add some chopped parsley,cook 5 minutes and voila! You can serve them together with some fries.Insanely good!
